• We offer various clearance services, including but not limited to house clearance, bereavement clearance, hoarding clearance, furniture removal, office clearance, and business clearance.
• Services will be provided as per the agreement at the time of booking, including details on the specific tasks, timeline, and pricing.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing for our services will be provided upon request, based on a no-obligation quotation. All fees are calculated based on the scope of work and may be subject to VAT.
• Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of the service. Full payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest as per UK regulations.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted fee.

5. Access to Property

• You must provide us with safe and reasonable access to the property to carry out the services.
• If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, additional fees may apply for any delay or rescheduling.

6. Liability and Insurance

• We carry public liability insurance for all work undertaken. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• We will handle your property with care but are not liable for damage to any fragile, hazardous, or improperly packaged items unless previously discussed and noted.

7. Waste Disposal and Recycling

• We are committed to responsible waste disposal and recycling. We will remove items and dispose of them in accordance with UK regulations. Where possible, we will recycle and donate items to minimize landfill waste.
• Any additional charges for hazardous or special waste disposal will be communicated in advance.

8. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate services if there are safety concerns, lack of cooperation, or non-payment. Any termination will be communicated in writing.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
